Pentobarbital and Exit Bag?

If one was lucky enough to secure Pentobarbital,knowing that not in all cases depending on dosage-say 9 grams may not ensure 100% peaceful end-would using an Exit bag turn this into a certainty,if so why is this method not suggested?Any ideas on this,as the 15 grams Dignitas use would be very difficult if not impossible to obtain.Any thoughts,anyone,including Dr Ludwig Minelli,thank you so much.

Allegedly only im Mexico one can obtain Nembutal on the fairly free and open market. In EU it is impossible to obtain the substance.
