I was wondering - what are the 'requirements' to be allowed assisted suicide by Dignitas?

Also, is it possible for people from Norway to be helped? Or is it only for people in the country where Dignitas is located?

The reason I ask is that I'm (obviously) from Norway and I'm undiagnosed ...
